The additional page will be charged USD40 per page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Page size<\/strong>&nbsp;: A4 size (21.0 x 29.7cm).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Paper Template:<\/strong>\u00a0The template of the paper has to follow the\u00a0ICEESE 2026 Full Paper Template. You have to convert the word\/LaTeX file into PDF  format before submitting to the EDAS system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Double-Blind Review:<\/strong>\u00a0This conference uses a double-blind review, meaning that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from reviewers and vice versa throughout the review process. To facilitate this, please omit author names and affiliations in the submitted paper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Plagiarism:<\/strong>\u00a0All papers submitted to ICEESE 2026 will be checked for plagiarism (including self-plagiarism). If a paper is found to fall under the category of plagiarism, it will not be reviewed and will automatically be rejected. Even if a paper is accepted and the registration fee is paid, the program committee has the right to reject the paper and will not publish it in the proceedings. Please note that a list of the authors of the papers identified as plagiarized will be forwarded to the IEEE.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Paper Submission:<\/strong>\u00a0To submit your paper, please submit it through the EDAS system.
