Author Registration
In order to participate in the activities of ICEED 2026, at least one author of each paper must register for the conference.

Terms & Condition
- Each paper presentation requires at least one author to register for the conference.
- Registered fees include admission to all conference sessions, daily lunch, tea breaks and conference kit.
- Registration fees will cover one (1) paper per registration, with a limit of 6 pages per paper.
- Participants are eligible for the student rate if he/she is a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate students. They must email a scanned copy of their ‘Student Identification Card’ to adizul@uitm.edu.my. A valid student I.D. will be required for verification at the registration desk.
- IEEE members will receive a discount on the ICEED 2026 registration fee. Members are required to indicate their IEEE membership card/number during registration (please update your EDAS profile).
- A non-student author who registers two papers will receive a 50% discount on the second paper.
- All credit card payments are to be made in United States Dollars (USD), either by Visa or Mastercard. For credit card payment, please go to the EDAS ICEED 2026 registration website (TBA).
- Bank drafts and Wire Transfers will be allowed upon request, directly into the IEEE EDUSOC-ICEED account. Local orders are not accepted.
Payment of Registration Fee
For international participant, the registration fee is payable in the United State Dollar (USD) using credit card via the EDAS ICEED 2026 registration website (TBA).
For Malaysian participant, payment in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) is only payable by wire transfer/bank draft to the beneficiary account below. If you wish to pay by using your credit card, please contact the Finance Chair, Mr. Adizul at adizul@uitm.edu.my.

After completing the bank draft/wire transfer, please email a copy of the transaction to adizul@uitm.edu.my for record-keeping. All bank charges are to be borne by the participant.
Payments made are NOT refundable.
NO-SHOW AND ORIGINALITY POLICY
Please take note that IEEE has a strict policy on “NO-SHOW”. The IEEE has implemented policies to exclude authors who do not present their paper from further distribution of their publication, such as exclusion from IEEEXplore. Therefore, one of the authors or their representatives MUST present the paper at the event.
Papers that have >30% similarity index will be rejected.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be notified to the conference secretariat by email. Any cancellations made before 30 days of the conference date will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person without incurring any cost penalty. No refund can be made after 26th October 2026. The conference secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers.
